Essentials

Holiday – 25 days plus a bank holiday allowance. Holiday is pro-rata for part-time roles.

Workplace pension – With Evolve Pensions, we contribute on an all-earnings basis (set 3) which means if you set aside 4% we will contribute a further 3%.

Health plan – We are a member of the health insurance specialist HSF. We pay the basic fee, with an opportunity for staff to increase personal cover to suit. This includes a cash back scheme on everyday health care such as dentist or optician costs. We are also part of the Specsavers Corporate Eyecare scheme.

Sickness – Paid sickness absence is equivalent of two working weeks per year.

Parental leave – This is aligned to Government guidelines.

Pet care discount - Our on-site Vet Suite can arrange discounted vaccinations, flea and worm treatment for your own pets. Staff also receive a discount on Pet Plan insurance.
